Dear faculty, staff and community members,
Thank you for a terrific first holiday party and open house! To everyone who 
helped set up and decorate, everything looked beautiful. I am grateful for all your efforts and wish I would have taken more pictures of the different setups throughout the room; especially the Santa Claus and gifts and the Christmas tree in the corner. Although, I’m sure someone has a few they will be willing to share. 🙂
And the food was outstanding! Peggy definitely hit it out of the park on this one!! I’m looking forward to this being the first of many to come.
It was great to see so many faculty and staff from all our locations. And while it is difficult to get together throughout the year, I’m thankful so many took the time to come today. It was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the holiday season and the end of a busy fall semester! I especially appreciated the opportunity to visit with so many of you.
It was also very nice to have as many retirees attend as we did. Oh, some of the stories I heard of KCKCC’s great history! 🙂 Having the opportunity to visit with individuals that had just retired in the last year or so, and a few that retired more than 30 years ago was great fun. I appreciate the local commissioners and state representatives that came as well. It’s always great to see you and appreciate the tremendous support you give KCKCC!
